Camp Flog Gnaw returned to Dodger Stadium this weekend with another installment of its two-day celebration of hip-hop and today’s sounds starring the likes of Kendrick Lamar, SZA, Ice Spice, Turnstile, Rex Orange County, Redveil, Earl Sweatshirt; and the host with the most, Tyler the Creator.
Due to the pandemic (mostly) the hugely popular event that happens in the legendary baseball stadium’s enormous parking lot, has been MIA for the last few years, but came back this fall with big names, live debuts and a simulcast on Prime streaming.
Opening night Grammy-winning rapper Kendrick Lamar and one of his oldest friends from Compton, Baby Keem followed Tyler’s set as The Hillbillies.
Kendrick and Keem kicked off their two dozen cut setlist with “family ties” which honored the pair’s journey from back in the day.
