Often it takes years to become an overnight sensation. Just because an artist has been grinding in the club scene and opening for one star after another, doesn’t mean when they finally get their time to shine they caught a lucky break.
As Chi Chi Rodriguez, the Dominican golfer once said when asked whether his hole-in-one was “luck,” he replied, “the more I practice, the luckier I get.”
