Elvis Costello was a man possessed for much of the '80s, but never moreso than in 1986 when he drastically changed course in his sound and dropped a pair of very different albums, King of America (in February '86) and Blood & Chocolate (in September '86).
The latter was the Englishman's 11th album, thus his live shows were capable to contain any number of hits, deep cuts, and covers, which brought an added energy to each performance.
