Almost on cue, just as retail stores are transitioning their wares for Halloween and Christmas, here comes Danny Elfman the king of that holiday combo.
The former leader of Oingo Boingo and award winning composer of movies and TV, Elfman kicked off his Fall Tour 2026 to Chicago’s Aragon Ballroom on Monday (9/7) with a dynamic 21-song setlist.
The multi-instrumentalist and singer performed nine Oingo Boingo songs, six tracks from his 2021 album Big Mess, “This Is Halloween” and other film music, as well as some brand spanking new tunes.
