“This is a dream come true for me,” legendary musician Herb Alpert told the sold out audience at the Hollywood Bowl on Sunday (7/5).
“I never thought I’d be doing this at 91,” he admitted.
That’s a mighty interesting statement coming from a man who seemed to be able to pull off anything his set his mind to do.
The Los Angeles native picked up the trumpet at age eight, later playing in the USC marching band.
