Gavin Rossdale dropped by the Setlist offices recently to peruse the site for what appears to be his first time. Clearly the man has been busy.
Last month the charming Londoner and frontman of Bush released the band’s 10th studio album, I Beat Loneliness, via earMUSIC. The record, which includes singles like “60 Ways to Forget People” and “The Land of Milk and Honey,” is confessional, sensitive and courageously revealing. It also rocks as hard as you’d expect.
If that wasn’t enough, earlier this year he debuted Dinner with Gavin Rossdale (later referred to as Rockstar Kitchen Chronicles) on Vizio’s WatchFree+, inviting stars like Serena Williams, Tom Jones, Selma Blair and others into his LA home for cooking and candid conversations.
Setlist’s Bree Wilde spoke candidly with him in this episode of Setlist Insider about playing at the legendary CBGBs, dueting with Amy Lee of Evanescence, and why it’s important to take the feedback from one’s manager with a grain of salt.
