Stephen Sanchez is a Northern California native who miraculously gained a TikTok following despite writing heartbreak ballads from a vintage era circa Sun Records and young Elvis via Roy Orbison.
In 2022 Stephen had just turned 20 and signed with Republic Records who quickly released “Until I Found You,” which became a major streaming hit that also did pretty well on the charts peaking at #23 on the Billboard Hot 100, #14 on the UK Singles Chart and went to #6 in Australia.
The next year he released his debut album, Angel Face, a retro concept album of sorts based around a fictional tragic romance that delivered the singles “Evangeline” and “Be More.”
On stage Stephen is supported with a full band, where he sports period-style suits, croons into vintage microphones, and his concerts give a ’70s variety show vibe.
