Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio aka Bad Bunny may have had the best 2022 of any touring artist. He did it across the globe, supporting a #1 record, atop a flaming semi truck, with 100 tons of gear, selling 1.8 million tickets for 65 shows, and pulling it off entirely in Spanish.

1/19 As a precursor to the bag he’s poised to receive in 2022 from touring, Bad Bunny poses with several designer purses, clutches and handbags during an interview with Vogue. “I love to go find the things I am envisioning in my mind,” he says of his wardrobe and accessories, “but it’s truly impossible, we simply don’t have the time.”
1/24 – Before even embarking on his 36-date El Último Tour Del Mundo in arenas; Bad Bunny announces a second, even larger 29-date stadium spectacle humbly named The World’s Hottest Tour. DJ Alesso is booked to open 11 of the shows, and Diplo will support a few others. The new tour will begin in the US in the summer and head to the Dominican Republic, Central America, and South America for the rest of the year.
April 4/26 What do you give a pop star who has everything? How about the title role in a Marvel movie? Today Marvel announced that Bad Bunny would star as El Muerto, a wrestler who gains superpowers through his magical mask.
The announcement took place at CinemaCon, where Bad Bunny says he’s always loved professional wrestling and is “so excited.” The stand-alone Marvel flick is due in theaters in January of 2024.
