Brian Johnson, the longtime singer of AC/DC turns 77 today.
Since he has fronted the band since 1980, many may not truly get what a marvel his road to rock history was.
For starters, he replaced an extremely popular singer, Bon Scott, in a band that was peaking after it’s best-selling album at the time, Highway to Hell, and helped create the most popular rock record of all time.
Brian Johnson’s first album with AC/DC, Back in Black, is second only in sales to Michael Jackson’s Thriller.
