Des Rocs is the rock project of Danny Rocco, a Long Island singer songwriter who was first signed by Epic Records while in the duo Secret Weapons whose first record, As the Setting Sun Comes Crashing Down on Me, dropped in 2016. Secret Weapons also toured with Panic! at the Disco, Fall Out Boy and Weezer which was a great trial by fire.
The first Des Rocs release was the EP Let the Vultures In (2018), which included “Let Me Live / Let Me Die,” “Used to the Darkness” and “Maybe, I.”
He followed it with the EP Martyr Parade (2019), then the EP This Is Our Life (2020).
The first Des Roc full length LP, A Real Good Person in a Real Bad Place, dropped in 2021 which Rocco wrote, recorded and produced much of the album himself. Now on Sumerian Records, Des Rocs will be releasing To Hell and Back, on June 12, 2026.
