Imminence began when two Swedish teenagers started jamming in a basement with the humble goal of playing their music in front of people.
Singer/violinist Eddie Berg and guitarist Harald Barrett launched the band in Trelleborg in 2010, pouring all they had into equipment, recordings, videos, and CDs. They booked their own tours in DIY fashion like many before them, but their sound was uniquely theirs.
Their first EPs, Born of Sirius (2012) and Return for Helios (2013), planted the flag of a band with ambitions way larger than their sleepy Scandinavian hometown.
