Paramore’s Hayley Williams joined Bleachers on Thursday (10/23) at the Beacon Theatre in New York for Rolling Stone’s Musicians on Musicians Live, a collaborative event designed to highlight artists who inspire each other.
Williams and super-producer Jack Antonoff not only had a chance to perform together but also chat it up in front of the Beacon audience.
Despite the fact they have never officially worked together in a major way the two have appreciated each other’s music for quite a while. In fact if not for Hayley, Jack’s rocketship to the top may have been delayed.
Way back in 2009 after she heard the first fun. album, which was made without a label, Hayley delivered it to her label boss, John Janick, co-founder of Fueled by Ramen (The Academy Is…, Fall Out Boy, Gym Class Heroes, Panic! at the Disco, Paramore, Yellowcard.)
