On the opening night of the Outloud Music Festival, Lizzo wore her heart on her sleeve, being vulnerable, and sharing her feelings as well as her apropos lyrics.
Friday night (5/31) the four-time Grammy winner headlined the annual WeHo Pride festival at West Hollywood Park and played a set that was packed with passion, emotion, and some Black Girl Magic.
She also played a beloved cover song and soloed on her flute.
Lizzo has had a fascinating roll out for her forthcoming album, Love in Real Life. You may remember in March she performed a trio of shows in intimate theaters, in April she made her fourth appearance on SNL and live debuted “Don’t Make Me Love You.” She popped in at the Met Gala and posed next to Lana, then followed that up by performing alongside her BFF SZA for a number at the GNX opening gig at SoFi.
