After Adele was eyeing escaping the summer heat of her Las Vegas residency, she got an offer she couldn’t refuse: a summer in Germany, just two shows a week so as not to strain her fragile but powerful voice, in a specially designed outdoor stadium built just for the residency, with modern video technology like no other venue has.
And best of all, it she could perform to her European fans who haven’t had a chance to see or hear her perform on the continent since 2016.
What kicked off last weekend not only was a win-win for all involved, but it’s on pace to break records.
The Grammy-winning songstress Adele is beloved around the world, but the strain she puts on her signature voice has limited her ability to show off that beautiful instrument very much.
