Taylor Hawkins LA Tribute: A Second 6-Hour Epic
The second, and final, official Taylor Hawkins tribute concert took place yesterday (September 27) at the Forum in Inglewood, California. Much like the first one in England, last night's show in LA was a six-hour emotionally charged epic where members of his bands, as well as rock legends he admired, rocked out in front of a bittersweet audience. Stewart Copeland, Miley Cyrus, Josh Homme, Joan Jett, Geddy Lee, Alex Lifeson, Brian May, Alanis Morissette, Mark Ronson, Nikki Sixx, Chad Smith, Roger Taylor, and Wolfgang Van Halen, were just some of the big names who joined the Foo Fighters to celebrate the life of the affable and talented drummer who died this year while on tour.
