What began in 2013 as an ambitious music and wine festival in picturesque Napa, California, BottleRock has turned into a three-day Memorial Day weekend event that’s hard to ignore.
The 2026 edition ran Friday (5/22) through Sunday (5/24), at the Napa Valley Expo and was the fest’s 13th weekend. The location is close to the city’s fine restaurants, tasting rooms and hotels.
Unlike other festivals that also have multiple music stages, BottleRock boasts the Williams Sonoma Culinary Stage with chef and celebrity appearances, Napa Valley food vendors, local wine, craft beer, cocktails, mocktails, art installations, VIP viewing areas, shaded elevated lounges, aftershows and winery offers connected to the fest.
BottleRock also has a wide variety of talent spanning all sorts of genres. This year featured the likes of Lorde, Lil Wayne, Ludacris, Rilo Kiley, Slightly Stoopid, BigXThaPlug, Kool & The Gang, DJ Pauly D, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, and LCD Soundsystem — and those are just the groups with Ls in their names.
