Geddy Lee, the singer and bassist of the legendary Canadian trio Rush, has written a book about his wildly successful career and is taking it on tour around North America.
Entitled My Effin’ Life, the 70-year-old frontman kicked off the tour with a fun conversation with none other than Ant Man himself, Paul Rudd, at Beacon Theater in New York City.
Fans got to ask questions and everyone in attendance received a First Edition copy of Geddy’s memoir and a 16-page tour program featuring unpublished tales and glossy photos.
You might be saying, Geddy Lee, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee, one of the most identifiable voices in rock history, of course he wrote a book. He should write a book.
But why is he talking to Ant Man? Were none of the other Avengers available? What about the Canadian one, Deadpool? He’s in the MCU now, isn’t he?
Fans of the ageless Rudd (and of Rush) probably remember the subplot in I Love You Man (2009) where he and Jason Segel are massive fans of the band and jam in the garage to their favorite tunes.
