Justin Bieber Plays Unannounced Brief Set in Notorious LA Park

Justin Bieber turned up at MacArthur Park near downtown Los Angeles on Tuesday, (9/22), for an impromptu acoustic set with several friends and bandmates, and the buzz still hasn't subsided.

Sitting on the grass and playing percussion, or standing and singing into a mic, all eyes were on the Canadian.

Passerbys wondered: Is that really him? Surely that can't be him.
