If anyone was experiencing early symptoms of Summertime Sadness in Italy last weekend, Lana Del Rey had the cure when she live debuted the title track of Chemtrails Over the Country Club.
The prolific flower-crown adorned singer songwriter cranked out two beautiful albums in 2021, Blue Bannisters and Chemtrails, but due to the pandemic she hadn’t been able to perform many of the tunes until recently.
Meanwhile she is also supporting her latest effort, Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd by playing European festivals.
In order to squeeze so much new material into her sets along with her previous half dozen albums, the Brooklyn Baby has been taking a page from the Janet Jackson / Beyoncé playbook by offering shortened versions of her songs.
