When Def Leppard kicked off their 12-show Vegas residency on Tuesday (2/3) they dipped a little into the past and delivered a new one from the future in their 19 song setlist.
The 4,300 fans in attendance at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace on the Strip rejoiced.
The band from Sheffield, England, who celebrates its 50th anniversary next year still includes most of the names and faces you’re familiar with: Joe Elliott (vocals, co-founder), Rick Savage (bass, co-founder), Rick Allen (drums, joined in 1978), Phil Collen (guitar, 1982), and Vivian Campbell (guitar, 1992).
“Las Vegas has always been such a main attraction for Def Leppard,” Elliott said in November when the shows were announced.
