RAYE kicked off her aptly named – This Tour May Contain New Music – tour on Thursday (1/22) in Poland.
The talented singer from London lived up to the name of the tour by live debuting eight tunes at the Atlas Arena in Łódź. Presumably they will all be part of her forthcoming sophomore studio LP, This Music May Contain Hope, due in March.
The record follows her string of EPs Welcome to the Winter (2014), Second (2016), Euphoric Sad Songs (2020), the single “Hard Out Here” (2022), her debut studio album My 21st Century Blues (2023), and the live album Live at the Royal Albert Hall (2024).
RAYE attended the prestigious BRIT School, a publicly funded performing arts academy that has also produced artists including the likes of Adele, Kate Nash, and Amy Winehouse.
