Roger Taylor opened his 2026 solo tour in Newcastle celebrating his newly released sixth solo album while sprinkling in favorites and deep cuts from the Queen songbook.
At O2 City Hall on Monday (9/21), the 77-year-old drummer and singer performed 13 songs from his solo catalogue, just a half dozen Queen tunes and covers of John Lennon and Led Zeppelin.
The talented band for the tour features Spike Edney on keyboards, Christian Mendoza on guitar, Neil Fairclough on bass, Tyler Warren on drums, and Christina Hizon on keyboards, violin, acoustic guitar, percussion and backing vocals.
