Eminem, Marshall Mathers, B-Rabbit, whatever you want to call him, is back… sorta.
The best-selling rapper of all time is getting an awful lot of, uh, shade, for his latest single, “Houdini” from his forthcoming album The Death of Slim Shady.
The failing NY Times hung the cheeky “Eminem Loses the Magic” headline on the rapper’s 61st single, while Stereogum lazily whined, ““Eminem’s New Song ‘Houdini’ Is Really, Really Bad.”
While 2024 may go down as the Year of the Diss Track thanks to Drake and Kendrick Lamar, it’s hard to imagine Marshall hasn’t already figured out clever rhymes for NY Times and Stereogum for some B-Sides to his 12th studio album.
