Travis Scott’s Circus Maximus Tour has been living up to its name – even Julius Caesar would have given the thumbs up Wednesday in Orlando if he had nabbed seats at the Kia Center.
Scott has been selling out arenas all around the US in support of Utopia which dropped last summer and debuted atop the charts in the States. The album was recently nominated for a Best Rap Album Grammy and went #1 in several countries around the world including in the UK – a first for the 32-year-old rapper.
The tour has been highlighted by Scott’s adoration of the Utopia track “Fe!n” which the star plays numerous times in a row to the thrill of the crowd. As fireballs shot up out of the stage towards the heavens Scott rocked “Fe!n” 10 times on his last show in Florida.
Ten times? Yes! And the kids are into it. One frenzied fan behind the stage jumped onto a thick bunch of wires, shimmied down then, ran onto the stage and was quickly apprehended. Another found himself on stage and Travis told him a few things and broke back into the song again.
