Mariah Carey is returning to Las Vegas this month for a short but sweet residency at the 5,200 seat Dolby Live at Park MGM to showcase what might be her most important record.
One many call a comeback, but it could also be her revenge.
Kicking off next weekend, April 12, the multi-octave chart-topper will entertain fans over eight nights on the Strip in a show called “The Celebration of Mimi” in reference to Carey’s 2005 smash The Emancipation of Mimi.
Mimi dropped on April 12th, 2005, which was 19 years ago. Couldn’t Mariah wait a year to shine a light on this gem?
