Taylor Swift performed for the first time in 2026 on Tuesday (6/9) when she live debuted her Toy Story 5 song, “I Knew It, I Knew You,” at the film’s Hollywood premiere.
Although the Grammy-winning superstar walked the red carpet and into the Dolby Theatre on Hollywood Blvd before the screening of the Disney Pixar film, her solo piano rendition of the song was a surprise.
As was who she brought out after she wowed the invited guests at the home of the Oscars: none other than Disney legend Randy Newman.
“I’m very lucky that I got to write for this film,” Swift said while introducing Newman.
